Can I use off-sale items in game?

Is it ok to use off-sale items by Roblox in game for NPCs?

Of course it is! As long as they are made by ROBLOX and not UGC as you say.

Avatar items, and to use them on NPCs in game.

Ok. Off-sale items are ok but not terminated items as Roblox doesn’t want them on the platform.

You can use anything from the catalog, You dont need to buy anything just to use it for your game. For faces, emotes, animation etc, you need the actual asset associated with the catalog item:

It is completely OK to use off sale items in game if you dont want to make your own
