Im currently making a game and am unsure whether I can use other peoples UGC as items in my game.
If I was to (for instance) use a miner hat someone made as an asset in my game, would that be allowed?
All advice appreciated.

You’d need to get permission from the seller to use their assets, although they’ll probably only notice if your game gets super popular

No, don’t use anything thats from others. Only if they let you use their items. Theres another way, just take the UGC’s but theres a big risk of a DMCA or a strike.
