this Is good for generic background stuff however if you want to find good stuff check instagram artist, use tags like #parody or #parodyart, then just ask if you can use their images well giving credit, best case theyll let you use their work, if not just move on to the next person

You can use games so long as they aren’t copyrighted or have no policy that prohibits using their works.
But seeing as most games have policies in place it’s unlikely you’ll find any willing to be reused in your game.
Actually according to American copyright law as soon as something is made it will immediately have copyright protection although I have no idea how it is outside of America.
Yeah it’s probably subject to the laws of your country as well.
