i have a lot of npcs in my game and i need to make a system to generate their looks, and i need to change the hair but the issue is that i dont know how to model hair because its hard in my opinion lol, and i need to do it quick,
can i use hair made by roblox that i didnt buy or even the ones that i did for the npcs?

Yes, you can freely use Roblox-made accessories.
and i suppose you cant use ugc items that are made by other people unless you buy them?
or you cant at all?
You can only use UGC if you get explicit permission from the uploader.
