Can my game get copyrighted?

I see a lot of games getting popular off of some “skibidi toilet” trend and as a new developer, I wanna see if I can get my first game with over 1k ppl active. But, I know that games are getting copyrighted, I plan on changing the name to like “super toilet” and from “Cameraman” to “Cameraguy” But could I get copyrighted for visual similarities? Heres a reference:

I made my version using UGC from Andre Nicholas UGC, could I still get copyrighted even if it’s not G-Mod assets but instead Roblox UGC?

possibly remove the “RKPL” logo from the camera

What about from the model itself? Should I remove that too?

No, just the “RKPL” logo itself, its off brand causing you to get a warn/ban.

So its fine if I keep it on the model but not the image ingame?
