Can not buy VIP servers on a particular game - "Transaction Failed"

Hi there, I am part of the development team of this game which whenever any of the players attempts to buy a VIP server, they are getting a “Trascaction failed” error that seems to affect everyone.

This seems to only happen in our game.
This started to happen around last month with a low amount of afected users and since last week nobody is able to purchase a VIP server.

Repro

  • Go to the game servers page here
  • Click on “Create VIP server”
  • Enter a name for the VIP server and click on “Buy Now”
  • See issue

Can confirm. Annoying as I really want to get a VIP server on the game in question.

This could maybe be an effect/bug of the new feature; allowing users to obtain free VIP servers.

Can you please clarify on this bug and if it has already affected games?

Couldn’t be the case, as the bug started happening before free VIP servers became available

Edit: VIP servers seem to be working now, get yours while you can

I stated that the bug listed in the Topic, could be an effect of the recent changes to the website.

Alrighty, it seems that the recent update for the “Free VIP Servers” has patched this issue as our users (and our selfs to) report back that they can now purchase VIP servers!
