Can not create animation on the studio

I would like to create animations but I can not :

When I click on it (when I can…) nothing is open.

Note: I have already tried :

• Restart the studio
• Run as admin
• Restart my PC
• Resintall the studio.

I followed this tuto as well but it does not fix.
