If I made a game that had copyrighted materials but never made it open to the public but talked openly about it online, could I be sued or taken down?
Probably will get taken down, since Roblox can automatically scan games for stolen assets from other games. You won’t be sued or anything that serious, you’ll just get a ban for however long and the game will be deleted
Roblox has auto moderation while you’re in Studio. Pretty sure there was an announcement over this.
I don’t think it could be taken down as long as it’s never made public, but it’s only a guess.
