I have made a lot of Empty objects in Blender to reference pivot points, I named them ‘Empty’ but whenever I import into ROBLOX using FBX, they vanish. Does ROBLOX support these?

Not currently at least, but you could create an object at the root of the planes’ model, attaching an armature to it full of bones in place of the empties. You could then import the rigged object as a skinned meshpart so that you can see + reference the bone CFrames. Just be sure to assign any vertices of that object (it can be a single vertex AFAIK) to a bone group s.t. when you try to move the imported model it behaves normally.
If I were to do it, I would combine the whole plane into a single object and rig an armature to that so that the whole plane can import as a single skinned meshpart.
