They probably have a part created via a local script, or otherwise through the client, that they are standing on?

I didn’t create any parts locally I think it might be a union issue? I really don’t know

Jokes aside, can you give a bit more info on the problem and possibly any scripts that could be related to it?
Well one thing I noticed is that possibly only mobile users are affected by this glitch and that it doesn’t always work
