can someone help me i cant get rid of this loading screen in my screen do anyone know what should i do?

I’m guessing that doesn’t say something nice.
Have you used a free model from the Toolbox, or installed a new plugin lately? If so it might have been tampered with and has a script that’s doing this to you.
Try opening a new place (you don’t have to save it) to see if it happens there. If it doesn’t then it’s probably a free model.
If you’ve installed a new plugin then disable it or remove it. The trouble here is that the script may have been saved in a weird location that you may not think to look. If you type “script” into the Explorer Search bar at the top of the Explorer window you’ll see all the scripts in the place. You may be able to see one that doesn’t belong.
