Yhe first part could use some improvements, especially the building. To me it looks more like a block of cement. I would add some fake windows and other elements to make it look more like a building. The rest looks pretty good.
In the basement i wouldn’t make it, so that the lava instantly gives you the deathscreen the homeless man would’ve given you. I’d prefer if it just teleports you to the start of the parkour.
For the maze i think it looks good, but I when I died, I assumed that it would again kick you out of the experience, so I just stopped playing definitely.
If I was you, i would put some checkpoints between “worlds”
