Can this avatar be against TOS?

So as we all know by point 5 of community standards, Roblox doesn’t allow any “Sexually suggestive avatar clothing items”.

I want to use this as a playable character in my game

As you can see, it is uploaded by Roblox itself and publicly available.

I personally don’t see here anything sexually suggestive, but because of upper torso it can be interpreted as such.

Can this be a cause of ban?

Why I want to use it?

I am making an RPG game called Cyber Vikings, a huge part of which is character customization. Until now I was using this avatar:

but as you can see, because of it’s physical shape (strong jawline, rude physique) , it is very male looking, and with female clothing it doesn’t look very good.

So I want to give players 2 options of avatars, one the avatar in question, and another more masculine. (again an avatar uploaded by Roblox).

If Roblox itself uploaded it, and is selling it on the market… I think it’s safe to say you’re fine to use it.

Wait what is wrong with the avatar? Wrong picture maybe?

The upper torso is defined. I don’t see Anything at all wrong with that, but since in the devforum I’ve seen people complaining about being banned for less, wanted to check, to be safe.
