I was asked by a Bedwars Clan to make them a pretty simple shirt, the clan’s name is “iPadX.” So I proceeded to create the shirt and then uploaded it, here is a link to the shirt if you want to see it for more info —> OG IPADX Clan Shirt - Roblox.

So I was wondering, could this be taken down by DMCA because it has the word “iPad” on it?

Any copyrighted material can cause a DMCA takedown if there is no permission given to use it.
You can bet that iPad is copyrighted to the absolute max.
