I’ve recently been falsely banned (by the superior moderation 
), appealed and now I am unbanned.
However, the ban message (Unlike warnings) is still tied to the account and can be viewed through this link: roblox.com/ not-approved
I am wondering if the ban is still logged and permanently tied to the account, as that would cease my motivation to continue investing if my chances of DevExing were zero.
I won’t touch on speculating whether your ban is truly “false” or not but yes a moderation action against your account can affect your eligibility to use the Developer Exchange program. Your moderation history is taken into account and certain bans can be waived based on recency, severity and other criteria determined by program operators.

Best of all, you should just try to DevEx anyway (wait some time if you’ve recently been moderated), worst that can happen is you get rejected and follow up for a reason why.
