Can we not spam the Bulletin Board with dozens of war group/clan topics?

Look, I understand that the new Bulletin Board category is a great way to document war group/clan pages, but can we please not make a ton of separate topics about rules, information, signups, and fifty battle documentations that would fit into one or a few topics if you just organized it better? I don’t want to have to mute the entire category, much less than see that a single group is taking up 90% of the topics in it on day one. You know what I’m talking about.

I know the closure of the Roblox forum is a big deal for all of us, but the devforum works differently. We prefer a bit more organization here. Thanks.

I agree completely!

Agreed. @TheCelvestian

The fact is, the Bulletin Board is supposed to be used that way–it’s for documenting/informing for communities. It’s not supposed to be reading material for all of the devforum. You can mute the category if you don’t want it cluttering your feed.

Yeah, It’s great that he’s using it, but I think we should have it so they only post the main things, like just their rules and stuff, not 50 posts about War Victories.

I suggest you mute the topic if it’s spamming your feed.

Yes please.

Also, is it not even considered spam? He’s posted at least 30 threads in the last 5 minutes.

Like, I probably WILL mute it at this point, but I would really honestly appreciate if people just didn’t flood the whole category with a million different stuff for the same war group/clan. Not gonna say names.

I think it would make sense if all of the things that were about the same topic were inside of the same thread.

Agreed.

The dev forum should be for mature discussion about Roblox development, games and general chat amongst developers.

I do not agree with it being used for posting updates about fictional wars to users who wouldn’t normally even visit this site.

This is a bad fix to a temporary problem. We shouldn’t be using these forums for rules. Use a tab on the website to host rules, and hmm, maybe accommodate the CHANGELOG ?:thinking::thinking:

It wouldn’t be so bad if it wasn’t “OLD” stuff, it would be like me posting all the previous patches to Heroes Legacy… which would be A LOT. :eyes:

All this achieves is getting the section muted by everyone on this forum, which is a negative for everyone as actual useful posts will be missed entirely.

Changelog would be very useful in my opinion, many would benefit from it.

People have requested it for so long

I myself would definitely use the Change Log for my games. I 100% support.

Go to the bulletin board category and put them as mute they don’t show up on the feed

We’d like to still get their notifications, just not 50 of them in 30 minutes from clan victories.

Never thought I’d see the day the dev forums would be plagued with dhiejddidif “clans”

This will stop posts from there appearing in your feed.
