Can you Devex after account termination?

In December last year my main account got deleted over a DMCA issue full story here
I always loved making stuff, first 2D clothes now recently UGC, and I even made a model for a game recently It was only at the time that i started making UGC that I also started doing Devex, but now with my account deleted. Do I still have any future here for Devex? I don’t necessarily want to earn much, but I don’t want to spent 100+ bux a year for premium so I can upload and make stuff.

My question is: can you still do DEVEX, or does roblox keep some sort of blacklist idatabase of terminated users’ information so they can never do DEVEX again?

Looking at the Terms of Service for DevEx, the closest requirement I can find related to this was:

  • Community member in good standing, having complied with Roblox’s Terms of Use

Technically, there wasn’t anything in the Terms Of Use for DevEx that prohibits you from using alternate accounts to DevEx, nor does it say anything about blacklisting information collected from terminated users who DevExed before.

Thank you for the info, I do hope that they allow alts, I still find the penalty i received unjust, and I hope this way I can still continue on this platform here
