some of my friends who were working on a game got some of their models stolen by someone using saveinstance() and uploaded it on his game so they are going to report that person
the question is : can that person be banned from the platform by their report?

Yes.
He will be completely terminated from the whole platform.
If your friends don’t know how to file a DMCA takedown, they should either contact Roblox Support or copyright_agent@roblox.com.
(I recommend contacting both and hear both’s replies.)
If they’re contacting Roblox Support, then the Type of Help Category should be DMCA > Owner DMCA Claim
They also will have to prove that the models is theirs. I don’t know how, but this might help.
