My newest game is a V2 remaster of this game V1 I already Made a post about V1 can people were saying its slop content but now its remaster V2 is out and its getting more likes then dislikes! (V2 launched with 5 likes and 0 dislikes) but unlike V1 which (somehow) gotten good benchmarks people were playing the game long enough for the algoritem to recommend it to alot of people allowing V1 to get over 173,289 visits but when V2 launched even though I got positive reactions to V2 the benchmarks for it SUCKS! the average session time D1 and D7 retention SUCKS and the game is not making any money I made a revive product just like in V1 which made alot of money but now its barely making 600 robux and even after dropping the update where you can play as baldi can kill students again people was still not playing can you please give me feedback I don’t want V2 to fail
really? in the cutscene on round start there is a text that tells student players “Collect all 7 to get out!” while a notebook was right above the text so I thought the student objective was clear and for when a player is playing as baldi there is a text on round start telling them to collect all students to win plus for baldi whenever a student player opens a door the door is highlighted to the baldi player so I thought the objectives were clear
First of all, you should keep improving on your game. Make the objective clear, like @EvilTony99 recommended, perhaps add waypoints pointing to the 7 items to be picked up to make this easier, since your audience is most likely going to consist of children.
What I immediately noticed when playing on mobile is that the game runs very slow even on lowest graphic settings. I don’t think that it has to do something with my device, since games like Jailbreak even run smoother. 70% of your playerbase are gonna be playing on their mobile devices, hence why optimization is a key factor here in order to keep people entertained and playing.
The 3rd point that came to my mind is that the UI could use a little more work. There is no set theme, and the elements don’t seem to be related to each other in terms of style and design. UI design seems be very hard at first - it can make or break your game’s visual quality and appeal!
Apart from these points, your game is pretty cool! Just needs some little polishing here and there.
I just added text in game to tell players where to find notebooks and a icon of the classroom door design so players know how to find notebooks I also added highlights for exits if the students collect all 7 notebooks and didn’t die
I just watched a youtube video on optimization and changed some stuff with the parts in game and added a GlobalShadows settings so performence should be much better!
