Can you use people Roblox Avatars in your game?

My question is simple.

In a Roblox Game for NPC’s can you use anyones Roblox Avatar without there permission?

Yes, of course. There is no reason they can take your game down because you used their avatar. So many people have the same avatars.

So I could use some “Famous Devs” like Haggie125, Coeuptus, and others as well as youtubers?
