Hello! I’m just wondering if I can use “Powered by ROBLOX” or “Powered by the Roblox engine” on a loading screen? I’ve read the guidelines for it but the “Now On Roblox” badge seems to be for off-site promotion and doesn’t directly state the use of it in-game.
Just for clarification, you’re making a game on Roblox, and want to know if using “Powered by Roblox” is okay to put on the loading screen??
Positive, I’m hoping to use it on a Roblox game.
Why though? Is it really necessary to put in a Roblox game on the Roblox platform? To me it’s like saying “This car is powered by an engine”.
Just hope to add something extra on a loading screen although I understand your point.
Is it really adding anything though? It would look stupid (being honest) because it’s stating something that everybody knows.
Again it’s some extra detail on a loading screen although I understand that it may be unnecessary. My main concern is whether including it on the loading screen would violate the ToS or any guidelines.
However it does state that general use of the Roblox logo is not allowed in any creative, although I’m unsure about including just “Powered by Roblox” w/o the logo or using it indirectly (e.g. Voxel Destruction).
Just find it risky considering it doesn’t directly state anything about using it in a Roblox game which is not off-platform.
Why would it violate ToS?
Rays Mod did it with the logo. So you should be fine.
