this question’s pretty self explanatory but i wanted to make sure it was allowed on roblox as a platform. a game im working on has an in-game credit system that i’ve decided to label as vietnamese đồng. am i allowed to say a player has, say, 30000 đồng without getting into any legal trouble for it?
Using real-world currency names is not inherently illegal, and these terms are not copyrighted or protected by intellectual property rights.
so… its all good? im allowed to use đồng as my game’s currency and neither the vietnamese government nor roblox moderation will come after me for it?

If it were illegal, all game developers would be in trouble for using terms like “dollars” or “euros.” Using currency names is not illegal and you’re free to use them in your game.
