Cannot access tipalti account - No response from support

Hello everyone,

Recently I have been trying to devex some of my robux, but my request got declined. When I checked the reason for why my request was declined, I found out it was because I never uploaded any tax forms. That’s when I remembered I had already created a tipalti account over a year ago but I never devexed with it. I remembered the password to my account, which was not the issue. The issue was the 2 step verification, as when I created the account a while ago, I used a phone number that I currently do not have access to. This is what is preventing me from logging into my tipalti account. I emailed Roblox support about it, to which they told me to wait no longer than 7-10 business days from a devex “specialist”. It has been over 13 business days and I still have not received a response, despite me responding to the email asking for an update on the 12th business day, AND sending 2 new emails 2 days ago as a result of the lack of response from my first email (I did not get a response from either of these emails either).

Does anyone here have any tips on what I should do? I am getting really frustrated with Roblox just completely ignoring my tickets. Thank you for reading.

I also get this. I can’t stand it. 2SV persists with group payouts! WHY GROUP PAYOUTS? NOT LIKE SOMEONE SUSPICIOUS WOULD GIVE THEMSELVES ALL MY GROUP FUNDS! I NEED THE FUNDS TO PAY MYSELF FOR A GAMEPASS! ROBLOX STOP ASKING ME TO USE A VALID EMAIL I CANT USE IT ANYMORE ITS BEEN BANNED BY MICROSOFT AND I CANT REACTIVATE IT ANYMORE SO YEAH DONT DO THAT EVER AGAIN ROBLOX! DISABLE THE 2SV FOR GROUP PAYOUTS BECAUSE ITS DANGEROUS
