Cannot cancel private server subscription

I try canceling through configuring the vip, then unchecking “Subscription Status”, but all it does is refresh the page and nothing happens

Then I try clicking the three dots on the servers tab of the game and clicking cancel, this says it “successfully cancelled the private server”, refreshed the page, but the server wasn’t cancelled

Finally, I tried cancelling it through settings → subscriptions and unsubscribing it, again it says it successfully cancelled it but when i refresh it still shows it as active

I’m on Microsoft Edge

Hi, we’ve made several stability improvements to the private servers system. Are you still experiencing this issue? If so, are you experiencing for a specific game or all private servers? Please send me your user ID along with the game if it’s only an issue for a specific game.
