Five days ago, I tried to change the image for one of my old badges only to receive the error: “Unknown error, please try again later.” Thinking that this error would go away over time, I tried changing the image again over the course of 5 days, however this error still persists. After emailing ROBLOX Support about this problem, I got a response telling me to “restart my PC” and “reinstall ROBLOX.”
Are there any solutions without having to make a whole new badge?

Check the format and size of the image. If it is not one of the three accepted formats or large sized, it won’t work:
*.jpg
*.png
*.tga
*.bmp

The format is not an issue. I had made multiple badges and changed the images of my other badges just fine. However it is for this specific badge that is a problem.
Check out the size. It might be the problem.
Again, nothing about the image is a problem. I’ve made dozens of badge images with the same dimensions, sizes (file/dimension), etc. and every other badge besides that one specific badge worked when applying changes.
Funnily enough, I uploaded the same badge image on a different place and it worked. This confirms the fact that it has nothing to do with the image. It is on ROBLOX’s side.
