Hi, recently I lost access to an old email that was set as my billing email. I was about to change it when I noticed for some reason it was greyed out.

I have tried looking at the internet for answers, but I can’t find anything about it. Any help is appreciated. (Keep in mind I have deleted all saved payment methods, and noting in “add payment method” is filled out, this also happens at the “buy robux” checkout.)

Contact Roblox support and ask them to help change your billing email.

Nope, tried that. They just gave the most generic unhelpful response.

They have a tendency to do that, afaik there’s not a way for you to change it manually, i think it has to be done by someone working at Roblox. Keep trying.

Omg this system is so stupid I don’t get why you can’t just change it yourself. Ok I will see if I get anything else.

Update: Roblox wrote me a generic copy and pasted email. (That didn’t help at all!)
Conclusion: Roblox support sucks.

this account is literally terminated for calling a kid on voice chat fat, support system did not help me either lol
