Cannot connect to Game servers or Team Create, if successful connection then ping is over 200,000

Reproduction Steps

It seems to only occur to Lorestorm (Profile: Lore - Roblox) currently, and has been occuring for the last month. Every single game joined results in an incredibly high, unplayable ping. The same result when attempting to join Team Create, becoming a burden during development.

System Information:

32GB RAM
I7 8700 @ 3.20GHz
Windows 11 Pro
EVGA RTX 2070

Expected Behavior

Should be able to join and play seamlessly.

Actual Behavior

Cannot join 8/10, and when join is successful it is unplayable.

Workaround

Just keep trying to rejoin until it eventually works.
