Cannot connect to Team Create on public WiFi

Sorry for the bump, but I still seem to have this issue.

My firewall allows both private and public connections:

Hi, sorry folks are running into this issue and sorry for the slow responses. Sometimes tickets get lost in our system (we’re working to be more on top of this). I’m going to go ahead and mark this issue as can’t reproduce internally. If you’re still running into this issue, could you please open a new bug report. The screenshot including the incident id is very helpful as it allows us to look up the disconnect reason if it happened within the last 9 days.

Bump on this issue several months down the line and it seems it still has not been fixed.
