Trying to work at my local library and I’m unable to connect to a team create server after several tries. I am able to update Roblox and Roblox Studio. I am able to edit non-Team Create games.

Just had a look at our logs and it looks like the server was working correctly when you tried to join, it just didn’t see your join request for some reason.
Is this the first time you’ve seen this error or does it come up frequently? My thought right now is that if you try to join again it should work now. This may have just been caused by a transient issue with your ISP.

This is the first time I’ve seen the error, but it’s also the first time I’ve tried to connect on library wifi. I made 6 attempts and all of them failed. Is it possible that the library wifi is blocking some port or IP address that affects Team Create specifically?

Oh yeah if its public wifi there is a decent chance they are blocking it. To confirm this you could also try joining any roblox game through the non-studio client. If that doesn’t work, then they are almost certainly blocking either our UDP traffic or our data centers entirely.
