My alternative account was locked for suspicious activity a week ago, and I’m completely unable to do the “verification” to unlock it. Whenever I click on the continue button, it loads infinitely. Even if I leave it running and wait for hours, the verification still does not pop up.
I first tried doing the verification on my MacOS, however it doesn’t work on Windows or Phone, as on Phone I can’t even get past the 2-step Verification as it loads infinitely.
I haven’t bothered clearing cache or browser, because it seems to be an account issue rather than a browser/device issue, as it happens on multiple different devices.
As for the account, the username is “SuwakoOnAChair”. I already tried contacting Roblox Support, but they simply told me to do the verification that I can’t do because of this bug, even though I specified what the issue was, and they then told me to review the previous information sent to me, which none of it helped.

The browser I used was Firefox and Google Chrome.
Expected behavior
If it was working, then it should pull up the verification for facial recognition instead of just loading infinitely when I click the continue button.
