Repro steps:
- Take a few screenshots with Captures
- Go to the Captures menu
- Click the gear icon
- Click “Select All”
- Try to download them
Expected behavior:
I am allowed to download all my screenshots
Actual behavior:
The Download button is greyed out with no indication as to why
