Cannot download transaction data

Clicking the download button to download transaction data on the incoming transactions page always returns the following error message: There was an issue with your report download.

Page URL: https://create.roblox.com/dashboard/transactions?paymentType=IncomingPayments

This is just an acknowledgment announcement!

We’ve filed a ticket into our internal database for this issue, and we will update you when we have further information!

Thanks for the report!

I can’t reproduce this issue, if this helps at all :man_shrugging: might be caused by corrupted data under your account

When you click the button, is there some kind of popup that asks you to select a month like it does on the non-Creator Store transactions page? It works there but not here for some reason.

Nope, but I have no transactions so maybe that’s why

Could happen only if you actually have one or more transactions to download.

@deafaultyboii1324 Thanks for reporting this and sorry for the inconvenience! Can you let me know what start and end date filters you have selected? And if you don’t have any selected, can you set them to a 1 or 2 month date range and let me know if that works for you?

I just tried downloading two days of transaction data and the download went through! After some further testing, I’ve noticed that the download fails if the amount of data you’re requesting is too large. I can disclose the specific amount over x amount of days in private if you need.

More specific error messages would help a lot since I had no idea that the start and end date were linked to the download button (I thought it worked like the other transaction page’s download button).

Thanks for the feedback! We’ll look into updating the error and amount of data you can request.

Thank you for that. Some days, my free plugins sell in such high a volume that I cannot export the CSV data for that day alone, so this will be a welcome change.

Speaking of changes to plugin data, does Roblox have any plans to update the essential list ranking algorithm to favor older plugins which still show a Robux price tag in some places — like in player invintories — less?

There aren’t any plans for that right now, but I’ll bring it up to the team for discussion. Thank you for the great suggestion!
