Cannot favorite games, or like them

hello! ive been using roblox recently and i have noticed that if i try to favorite a game, it doesnt let me / does not favorite it when i refresh the website or app

So, for the past 3 months, I’ve been trying to fix this issue, and I was told to put a report here, basically. When I try to favorite or unfavorite a Roblox game and refresh or delete the tab, it doesn’t work. If I’m trying to favorite something, it won’t favorite, and if I try to unfavorite it, it won’t unfavorite. thats really just the issue, and i’ve also realized that i cannot send friend requests ingame or on the website

Also ive tried seeing if theres a red code in the console and there was just the ‘STOP!’ thing there
