Cannot find Modal property on GUI objects

I cannot find the Modal property on TextButtons, Frames, ScreenGuis, and so on.
What happened?

It should be under Data properties, as I can see it in my Studio. It’s only available for TextButtons and ImageButtons.

Restarting Studio brang the option back, weird.
