Try to see if you have a locked part that has can collide in the door. Also I don’t suggest you keep on begging for someone to help you in the replies.
make the door out of separate parts, not a union
Change the render thing to PreciseConvexDecomposition as Dawned said above.

That’s really strange then, I’ve seen a problem like this. I’m really not sure how to fix it
Does it still not work? If it still doesn’t, then you may need to rebuild that part of your map out of scratch or just keep on looking for the problem.
It’s either there is a big union with a “Box” collision blocking the way (Which is why I recommended using the plugin that I mentioned in my previous reply) or there is an invisible brick that is locked and you can’t select it.

Try not to negate a part, the hole has a collision in it. It’s a simple part.

that’ll take up more time, plus thats not great for FPS boosts
you will not able to fix it if you not do it.
