Cannot join groups - Claims I have max groups

This bug is a bug which occurs whenever I view a new group which I have not joined.

When I view said group, it claims I can “only be a member of up to 10 groups at one time” when I am only a member of 9 groups. Normally, I would expect there to be a “Join Group” button to either join or request to join the group. I do not know if this is user-specific nor do I know how to reproduce it further than viewing a new group.
This bug started happening on 3/3/2018 at approximately 9:00 PM EST.

It appears you are in 10 groups. For some reason, this group isn’t showing up on your profile, but the group shows that you’re a member:

Out of curiosity, what do you see when you go to the group’s page? Leave if there’s a leave button, or rejoin and leave if it shows you as not in the group.

The Subway group seems to be deleted/Locked… you can resolve this issue by doing the following Steps

[1] Go to Group Page
[2] Click the Subway group
[3] Click Leave Group

When I view this group, it does not show me as a member of the group which can be seen here,

Also, whenever I view my groups it shows that I am only in 9 groups?

Has a group you were in before been deleted?
Have you left any groups in the past? Such as causing a glitch between the Web System?

I have not joined/left groups for a while, and no group I have been in has been deleted.

Even when groups are deleted, there is usually an option which allows you to leave.

Maybe something else is going on or something could of bugged specifically for them?

This seems to have fixed itself over night… remaining yet another mystery. ¯\_ (ツ) _/¯
