Whenever Studio refuses to open, the simplest fix is usually just to do a complete reinstall of studio:

• Rerun the Studio Installer (RobloxStudioInstaller.exe at %localappdata%/Roblox/Versions, you can also install it through the website)
• If that doesn’t work, delete the files and folders found in %localappdata%/Roblox/Versions, then try reinstalling again from the website
