Cannot load groups I am in, or groups tab

Things Ive tried:

Reloading Chrome
Refreshing
Logout/Login
Access Groups Using Search Bar
Through Feed Links
Other Website Links

All with no luck…

Any ideas?

Can you load them on other browsers, or are you having issues with more than just Chrome? (Not asking you to permanently use other browsers to access them – just trying to get an understanding of what the issue is)

Apparently I can’t load it in Chrome, Mozilla, or IE…

I think all of the browsers share the same temporary internet files folder – clear your browsing history from chrome and see if that fixes it. Make sure that cookies and cached images are checked, and clear it for the past week.

Still unable to access groups.

What do you mean “cannot load”? What error is your browser giving you? Can you take a screenshot of what you see? Does the list of groups work on your profile page?

I may have tracked down the cause and have entered the issue.

It might be due to a specific group having bad data in one of their text fields.
Unfortunately I don’t know which one with the tools I have available to me.

I reported this to Tone yesterday.

It’s this group: 🏁 DeRosa Motors 🏁 ® - Roblox

To get past it, you have to log on m.roblox.com and leave the group from there.

I can visit that group’s page from desktop Firefox directly. Do you have to join it for it to cause the behavior in the OP?

Yes. If you are in the group, your Group pages will always give you an error until you leave it.

I have the same issues, but when I go to my profile it dosen’t display my groups. I switched to a new account and it worked. And for some games my account is apparently bugged out.
