Expected Behavior
I am able to view and create decals
Actual Behavior
I get an error.

Will say that this bug is specifically an issue with the upload a single image pop-up on Studio, bulk importing or using the website does not cause this issue. I also cannot 100% reproduce the ‘decals failed to load’, could it just be a coincidence on your side?
The image uploading issue seems to be resolved. Still reproducing the error 100% though
Will say that the viewing of images on create.roblox.com is heavily restricted, you can often get rate-limited causing the same error you are seeing.
I’m also having a problem similar to this, it says images aren’t uploaded, but they actually are. A workaround could to be to use the legacy create page.
Resizing the window for images will allow you to load the images, it has been seen by another bug report.
Uploading images is a separate issue.
Closing this in favor of the other one which is currently open.
