Its says everytime that my password is incorrect but it is correct?! Password and username are both correct

Chances are that that page does not use the same login as Roblox typically does. Only certain people (i.e. influencers) have an account there, so if you aren’t an influencer you won’t be able to log in.
But where can I Apply? Is there any Website ?
