Cannot make any purchase in any game, or the website

Hello.

I’ve had an issue since yesterday where I cannot make any purchase in any game. All it tells me is “Your purchase failed because something went wrong. Your account has not been charged. Please try again later.” It’s based how long I’m in-game, it goes from:

  1. Me being able to make a very delayed purchase that sometimes does not work
  2. The purchase prompt comes up, but attempting to buy anything results in an error
  3. The error prompt immediately showing up

This behavior also happens on the website, and any device I play on. My other account works fine with purchases. I’ve tried reinstalling Roblox, refreshing my cookie, but nothing worked. Everything else on the platform works fine, and group payouts also work. Am I shadowbanned from making purchases?

EDIT: Looks like it’s not just me and is a Roblox-wide issue according to the status page; glad to know it’s not just me.

I have this exact issue, I believe it is because of the current marketplace outage

I was wondering why this was, they still haven’t fixed it and it’s getting difficult to explain to someone why I cant gift them gamepasses at the moment.
