Cannot make package public because of "too many requests error"

  1. What do you want to achieve? Make my package public

  2. What is the issue? When changing whether a package is public causes a too many requests error no matter if you havent sent any requests. Toggling only comments works though for some reason.

  3. What solutions have you tried so far? Waited nearly 3 hours
