I woke up today and all of the sudden all of my messages that I have in my inbox that were previously marked as read are now marked as unread. Opening the message will not mark it as read, and clicking “mark as read” on the message also does nothing. (it was not like this yesterday)
Notice that also i have 77 messages out of no where but nothing is there just one message from Roblox?
I’m having a similar bug. Suddenly had 90+ messages, can’t clear them. Most of them are just Roblox messaging me to say I’ve been refunded 0 Robux.
Same, i got 122 that says unread.
It also is an issue with the “news” tab, even if you look at the message, it does not go away, until roblox removes it.
https://privatemessages.roblox.com/v1/messages/unread/count is returning 83 despite having 23 messsages in my inbox, all read. No work around, mark as unread and read again makes no change.
For any end users looking at this thread. This is known and being worked on.
