Cannot move character with gamepad in first person

Hello developers,

I am currently having trouble being able to move around with a gamepad in first person. I have no selected GUI objects, and I am only able to move my camera with the right joystick. I cannot jump or move. Do you know of any reasons why I might be having issues? The only thing I can think of is that I used a custom character.

Thanks for helping if you can! This is a very fatal issue for my game.

Nevermind! I solved this issue by setting StarterPlayer.DevComputerMovementMode to UserChoice.
