Cannot open Team Create place file

Currently one of my places has encountered an issue where a broken Team Create session appears to be locking me out from being able to access the place.

I don’t have any other information other than what the video shows.

I suspect that if we can somehow disable team create and re-enable it, this issue will be resolved. However it is still an issue that should be looked into because it compromises our confidence in this feature.

For example, if our place somehow becomes permanently corrupted and inaccessible, I would have no up-to-date backup files for this new project (not even autosaves because Roblox seems to be overwriting those and clearing it automatically when it has deemed that a place was successfully published)

Expected behavior

We expect team create to be opened successfully.

Hello, we had some trouble earlier today that prevented some TC joins from working as expected. This has been corrected now so you should once again be able to join into your place.

If you still can’t join at this point it is likely that the same server from earlier that incorrectly blocks some join is still running. If that is the case the easiest way to correct it is to have everyone leave which will allow the server to shut down and then re-join it.

If you have any trouble with this or are still unable to join, let me know and I can look into it further.

One of our teammates left their PC on (while still on the TC server) and went to vacation for the week so this was likely why the problem lingered longer for me.

We had to figure out a way to manually disable the TC servers and re-enable it, which now has resolved the issue!
