Cannot playtest in roblox studio

  1. What do you want to achieve? Keep it simple and clear!

I’m trying to playtest in any place in roblox studio.

  1. What is the issue? Include screenshots / videos if possible!

Once I click play, nothing happens. Everything goes gray and the only thing I can do is exit the place

  1. What solutions have you tried so far? Did you look for solutions on the Developer Hub?

I’ve reinstalled roblox, roblox studio, I’ve deleted every directory related to roblox I could find. I’ve restarted my computer, as well. Still nothing.

Can someone please find the solution? I can’t do anything or develop any of my games just because of this bug that happened randomly that I CANNOT fix no matter what I do.

I haven’t even found anything on the devforums. Nobody has had this issue before? Why is this happening to me?! :cry:

By the way, this happens in any place I open. Even the starting place. I’ve disabled ALL of my plugins and it’s still happening. So it’s not my plugins.

I finally figured it out, I had to uninstall roblox studio, then go to this path in windows explorer: %localappdata%/Roblox

And then delete the whole folder and reinstall…

How did I even trigger this bug in the first place?!
