Cannot Put Catalog Assets Onsale / Offsale

I cannot put any avatar item of mine on sale or off sale; The warning in the top right corner says “Cannot be sold”
Items are not limited and I do meet premium requirements and own the group additionally

Expected behavior

I expect to be able to set a price and hit publish or onsale, or to offsale the item.
