Cannot See Communities (Groups) Sales of Goods Page

When I enter the configure menu for any of my groups and head to “Sales” under revenue, I am unable to see the line by line sale of goods tab from each user as seen in the photo below. This also applies for the Publishing Rebates tab. I began experiencing this bug with the rollout of communities

Expected behavior

I expect to see the sale of goods tab as seen below.
