This started happening after our UGC creator got kicked out of the program
Be ID Verified AND have roblox premium 1k or above
Go to any offsale UGC you can edit with an uploader who got kicked out of the program and when try to sell it; the result will be this error:
Every time I’ve tried putting it for sale its the same error which has been happening for more then 7 days obviously

This is a clear permissions error, Public UGC is simply not active yet and if the person is not in the UGC program, a permissions error will necessarily return.
You should probably content ROBLOX to see what is happening.
