None of the developers on our team have been able to shut down or migrate servers for our game and this has happened consistently for 3 days. We all receive the same error,
and shutting down individual servers also does not help.
If anyone has any idea how to fix this, help is greatly appreciated.
Replying to mention that this has happened to our team as well, starting 4 days ago. I’ve already opened a support ticket about it, but to condense:
The request to shutdown returns an error code of 400, and considers our userids as not authorized to shutdown.
The problem occurs on alt accounts, after restarts, reinstalls, cache clears, router resets, and the like. It is not an internet speed issue or anything similar. The only method of shutdown that works is using Studio’s game settings, but doing so practically bricks the client and requires a reinstall + temp cache clear for you to join a server again.
Only the owner’s account in our case in particular seems to be able to shutdown.
Replying again to say that Roblox support after a business week of deliberation has told me to ask the developer of the affected experience to contact them, in case this saves anyone the support ticket hell.
